Key Responsibilities

Vacation Planning & Client Assistance

• Communicate with clients to understand their vacation preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Research destinations, accommodations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Present suitable options based on clients' individual needs.
• Assist clients in comparing accommodation types, amenities, activities, and available experiences.
• Provide information about destinations, seasonal considerations, and planning requirements.
• Help organize itineraries and coordinate reservation details.
• Keep clients informed of important updates related to their arrangements.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective and returning clients.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and provide helpful information.
• Follow up with clients to understand their needs and answer outstanding questions.
• Maintain organized records of client preferences and requests.
• Provide attentive service to encourage long-term relationships and repeat business.

Marketing & Business Development
