Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages.
• Persuade customers to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the company’s resort.
• Verify customers’ qualifications for receiving selected vacation packages and upselling to include additional tickets.
