Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to help provide Owners and guests with memorable experiences and events, supporting sales presentations and guest engagement.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, managing expectations, and using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while upholding loyalty and brand standards. A variety of shifts, holidays, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
