Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Busch Gardens to engage guests, share the vacation club benefits, and invite them to attend award-winning ownership presentations.

You will be part of a high-energy team with an hourly wage of $15.00 plus commissions and bonuses, plus a company‑provided iPad, travel perks, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to engage and persuade customers in face-to-face conversations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for 4–6 hours indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Travel + Leisure Co. as a Brand Ambassador at Busch Gardens.
• Engage and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers per company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all training sessions and department meetings.
• Keep current on marketing materials and industry trends.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $15.00/HR plus commission. After training, compensation includes an hourly rate at applicable minimum wage, plus commission.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $15.00 - $15.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
