Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activations Agent in Orlando, FL.

You will make outbound calls to guests who purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights but have not yet booked, applying sales and service skills to secure bookings and boost department revenue. Initially, you’ll train for six weeks with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends; after training, shifts run Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage and potential adjustments based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 12 months of sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
