Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an Activations Agent at our Orlando headquarters to provide guests with vacation package information and deliver exceptional service. You will drive reservations, promote upgrades, and aid revenue growth while maintaining accurate communications on calls.

The role supports a hybrid schedule: four days in the Orlando corporate office, one day remote, with potential evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have outbound sales experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate online resources while assisting guests by phone.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with information on vacation packages and promotions.
• Conduct outbound calls for guest follow-up and engagement.
• Book reservations and ensure accurate communication of accommodations, tour presentations, promotions, and package details.
