Job Description

Vacancy - Paraprofessional - Special Education (Social Communication) for the 2025-2026 school year.

Classification: Educational Aide/Parapro/Assistant

Work Schedule: School Year Only - 190 Work Days

Salary Range: $19.14 to $25.11 per Hour

Shift/Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week (8:00am – 4:00pm)

Location: Heritage Hill Elementary School

Qualifications: Duties include but are not limited to the following: Support students and assist the classroom teacher.

Requirements: At the time of application, the applicant must possess an Associate Degree or equivalent credit hours or have already taken/passed the Ohio ParaPro Assessment Test and apply for ESEA endorsement, in addition to meeting the requirements per the attached job description. Some college experience is preferred.
