Job description

A well-established retail and distribution company in the north, is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and customer-oriented individual to fill the post of Warehouse Assistant/Driver.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Assistant/Driver are as follows:

1. Assist with moving, loading and offloading of stock onto trucks for delivery to other outlets and island-wide as directed.

2. Pack and repack shelves and other storage and display units of the entire store as necessary.

3. Ensure that merchandise, and the entire work area of the Warehouse, are maintained daily in a clean and tidy condition.

4. Required to perform driving duties.

5. Assist with the timely and orderly delivery of products to company outlets and customers islandwide.

6. Ensure adherence to the company’s Vehicle Use Policy.

7. Assist with stock counts as directed by management.

8. Perform activities related to the cleaning of compound and premises and vehicles operated by the Company as instructed.

9. Assist with all sales floor activities as directed and required within both the wholesale and retail sections of the store.

10. Maintain a thorough knowledge of in-store products.

11. Perform any other job-related function which may not be stated herein, but may arise from time to time.

Compensation:
