Job summary

Environmental Products Group (EPG) in Pompano Beach is seeking an experienced heavy equipment diesel technician to join the service team. You will report to the Service Manager and gain hands-on technical development while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include pre-delivery checks, DOT inspections, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, PTO and transfer case service, and advanced CAN-BUS diagnostics. Join a team with a strong service culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience, preferably with heavy equipment.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers (email, Excel, Word).
• CDK experience preferred.
• A high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery checks and DOT inspections.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Service PTO and transfer cases; diagnose CAN-BUS systems.
• Maintain and repair equipment including street sweepers, vacuum trucks, and rolloffs.
