About the Role:

Outright Septic is seeking a motivated and dependable Vac Truck / Septic Driver to join our growing team! As a driver, you will be responsible for operating a vacuum truck to perform septic tank pumping and related services for residential and commercial clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A or B
• Tanker endorsement required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening
• Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous septic pumping or vacuum truck experience (Highly desirable but not required)
• Knowledge of local service areas (Spring Hill, Columbia, Franklin, Nashville & surrounding areas)
