Job summary

Duke's Root Control, Inc. is seeking a Vac Truck Operator in Plymouth, MI to operate high-powered vacuum and jetting equipment and support water and wastewater systems. This role involves travel, safety-focused work, and teamwork to keep pipelines, vaults, and tanks clean and functioning.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, on-site coordination with crew, and timely documentation. A high school diploma and CDL are required, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months vac truck or hydro excavator experience.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record; tanker and air brakes preferred.
• Willingness to travel out of state and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate vac and jetter trucks to clean pipelines, vaults, and tanks.
• Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance to stay ready for field work.
• Transport equipment to project locations and coordinate on site with crew.
• Follow safety policies, use PPE, and complete required documentation on time.
