Job summary

American Armor Gloves is seeking a VA Regional Sales Representative to grow business within Veterans Health Administration facilities and related outpatient clinics. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for VA healthcare systems in a designated territory, driving new opportunities and partnerships through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

Position Purpose

The VA Regional Sales Representative is responsible for growing business within assigned Veterans Health Administration facilities and associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). This individual contributor role serves as the primary relationship manager for VA healthcare systems in a designated territory, driving new opportunity development, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing territory performance through proactive outreach and follow-through.

Scope of Accountability

Owns sales development and account management activities for assigned VA facilities, healthcare systems, and CBOCs within a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for assigned VA healthcare systems, facilities, and CBOCs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chief Logistics Officers, procurement leaders, supply chain personnel, clinical stakeholders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance new sales opportunities across the territory.
  • Navigate VA purchasing processes, procurement requirements, and account-specific buying pathways.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline activity, reporting, and forecast updates.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Marketing to support customer success and account growth.
  • Represent American Armor Gloves at customer meetings, facility visits, and industry events.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Government, VA, healthcare, medical supply, or manufacturing sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite or a comparable CRM.
