We are hiring Certified PCA and HHA Caregivers to work 1:1 patient care with our in-home VA patients in the Monticello, NY area. We offer various hours, benefits, flexible schedules, and weekly pay.

Starting pay rate: $19.00 per hour

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their homes.

Specific Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of incidents or accidents.
  • Drive safely, comply with traffic laws, and wear a seatbelt when traveling for work.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
  • Assist with household tasks as needed.
Experience & Certification Requirements
  • Six months of home care experience preferred.
  • PCA or HHA certification in NY required.
Skill Requirements
  • Flexibility to work hours as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to various home situations.
  • Good communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling personal matters.
