Job Details

• Location: Norfolk, VA
• Start Date: July 14, 2025
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1350-$3180
  
  

Job Requirements

• VA or compact RN license
• 2 years of experience in PCU (1.5 years within the last 3 years)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required (can be obtained during compliance)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record (EPIC)
