Job summary

Synergy Installation in Richmond, VA is seeking an entry-level furniture installer to begin a 90‑day probationary period, learning and following company procedures for all aspects of installation, including unloading deliveries, protecting building surfaces, and trash removal.

You will work with a supervisor and crew to communicate, follow safety rules, and perform tasks as assigned, gaining hands-on experience in a team setting.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Qualification Standards:

• Schedule availability must be flexible for any time including early morning, late night, weekends, and overnight travel.

• Ability to accurately follow oral and written directions and instructions in English.
• Stands, bends, stoops, kneels, and reaches above head during entire shift.
