Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aids and Certified Nursing Assistants to service our clients in the Richmond area. This role focuses on VA case work with Veterans, with morning shifts typically 2–4 hours.

Location includes Sandston, Henrico, Midlothian, Brandermill. We offer Great Pay, weekend differential, paid overtime, holiday pay, flexible schedules, paid orientation, ongoing training, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must have PCA Certificate or non-expired CNA Certification.
• Eligible to work in the US with required documents.
• Reliable transportation to service Richmond area.

Job description

We are hiring for a caregiver who is interested in working VA Cases with Veterans. Hours vary - however typically they are short morning shifts 2hr-4hrs. Location is in the Richmond area, ranging from the areas of Sandston, Henrico, Midlothian, Brandermill.

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in US. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate etc.)

Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class

CNA license, if applicable

PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)

Reliable transportation

First Aid/CPR card (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
