The role will conduct standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, provide one-on-one engagements, and deliver pre-separation counseling as part of the military life cycle. This entry-level instructor position uses established curricula and training tools, delivering content and ensuring alignment with training objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings.
• Provide one-on-one engagements and pre-separation counseling.
• Support military life cycle events and Capstone activities.
• Deliver training using established curricula and tools.

Responsibilities

• Executing non-event Activities at assigned installation
• Participate in weekly Site Lead meetings
• Execute quality management activities at assigned installation and across the program
• Deliver onsite activities and execute post-event data collection activities
• Travel may be included
