CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Advisor to support Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam, HI.

The role will conduct standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, provide one-on-one engagements, and deliver pre-separation counseling as part of the military life cycle. This entry-level instructor position uses established curricula and training tools, delivering content and ensuring alignment with training objectives.

Job description

CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Benefits Advisor to support our client at Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam, HI.

Conduct transition activities in support of the VA. Transition support includes conducting standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one-on-one engagements, pre-separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm-handover support. Serves as an entry-level instructor delivering established curriculum, training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery methods follow established training objectives.

Pay:$20.38/hour + $5.09/hour Health & Welfare
