Ford Motor Company’s EVDD team seeks an assessment-capable V&V Governance QOS Engineer to strengthen verification and validation governance, automate audit readiness, and apply analytics to identify risk before it affects program delivery.
This role focuses on aligning V&V execution to ISO standards and Ford procedures, building dashboards, and leading cross-functional actions across quality, safety, software, and program teams. Hybrid onsite work available.

The V&V Governance QOS Engineer is a technical role responsible for strengthening Verification & Validation governance, process alignment, assessment readiness, and quality analytics. The role aligns V&V execution to FAP03-149, applicable Ford FAP/QOS procedures, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and, where applicable, ISO 8800.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $85,400-$150,000.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope responsibility and competitive market value.
