i3 is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to support USSOCOM and DoD customers from Huntsville, AL. The role emphasizes MBSE modeling, SysML/UML design, and collaboration across multi-discipline software and systems teams onsite.
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree (ABET preferred), and be a U.S. citizen eligible for DoD clearance. Onsite work with occasional CONUS travel up to 20% is expected.
TSAS team at i3 supports USSOCOM Headquarters in developing cutting-edge autonomy software architectures to distribute autonomous control across a diverse assortment of uncrewed air, ground, surface, and subsurface platforms. The team is seeking a Software Systems Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience to assist in development and review of software and systems engineering artifacts during the execution of cutting-edge UxS system development projects at i3 in support of various DoD customers.
Position Location: Onsite in Huntsville, AL
CONUS Travel required: Up to 20%

Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
