Job summary

ZelTech is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with at least three years of professional experience to support the design, integration, and testing of advanced electrical systems for unmanned systems (UxS). You will focus on robust power and control systems in lab and field environments.

Responsibilities include designing electrical architectures, applying MBSE with Cameo/SysML, drafting documentation, performing analyses, and supporting testing and integration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 3+ years in electrical design, integration, or testing
• Experience applying MBSE with Cameo/SysML and modeling/simulation
• Familiar with electrical engineering tools and test equipment
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance
• Background and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and architectures for UxS platforms
• Apply MBSE to develop system models and integration processes
• Draft and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and specs
• Conduct analyses, trade studies, and risk assessments
• Support lab and field testing, collect data, troubleshoot issues
• Integrate various power sources into unmanned platforms
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineers
• Develop verification/validation procedures and risk plans
