Expand and experiment with how your writing can humanize AI-powered experiences and help customers self-solve important issues. As fresh eyes on a team of writers, you’ll optimize a library of support content so it’s consistent, user-focused, and up-to-date. Then you’ll fine-tune how virtual agents retrieve and repackage your content in a safe, accurate, and compelling way.

The details

• 10-month contract (1099 only, fully remote)
• 40 hours per week

What you’ll do

• Create and revise support articles in partnership with in-house SMEs and writers
• Humanize the way customers self-solve support issues with the help of AI agents
• Review and edit legacy help center articles for usability, consistency, and accuracy
• Identify content gaps and create original support content to address top user issues
• Craft empathetic, on-brand, and context-aware content that trains LLMs to put users first
• Proactively work alongside other teams to review, annotate, and refine model outputs
• Provide a portfolio of relevant writing samples
• Have bulletproof writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Have strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Have 3-5 years experience in customer support / knowledge content writing
• Juggle feedback and stay flexible to revisions from a variety of stakeholders
• Quickly adopt brand voice and style
