As a UX Writer on this team, you'll be instrumental in defining the language and tone of next-generation advertising interfaces. Your words will guide users seamlessly through their journeys, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a product ecosystem that reaches a global audience.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with designers to address UI/UX writing challenges and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Partner with product teams, providing insightful feedback and innovative ideas to enhance content performance.
• Own and maintain the copy deck, streamlining review processes and ensuring smooth handoff to engineering.
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive design system, establishing clear guidelines for diverse use cases.
• Represent and advocate for the chosen language and tone during design reviews and product meetings.
• Participate in quality assurance processes, meticulously reviewing copy and reporting any necessary bug fixes.
• Deeply understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints, working effectively within project parameters.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience writing for advertising and/or monetization platforms.
• A passion for user-focused product experiences.
• A meticulous approach to user journeys, considering all aspects from error states to success criteria.
• Ability to balance creative storytelling with systematic, detail-oriented writing.
• Proficiency in working with wireframes and functional specifications.
• A proactive mindset, exploring all possibilities before settling on the best solution.
• Strong communication skills, effectively presenting ideas and incorporating feedback.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience contributing to and implementing style guides and shared patterns.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
