Job summary

Accrete Government seeks a UX/UI Specialist to translate complex government data into clear visual products that support operational decision-making. You will collaborate with government users, analysts, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to organize information, develop visualizations, and improve how information is accessed and communicated.

Qualifications

Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, reports, or other analytical products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with structured and unstructured data.
Ability to translate complex information into clear visuals for mission support.

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge management processes, standards, and workflows.
Create dashboards, charts, maps, reports, and other visual products based on customer requirements.
Transform raw data into visual products that support analysis and decision-making.
Work directly with government customers to understand information and visualization requirements.
Translate operational questions into appropriate data, knowledge management, and visualization solutions.
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve data accessibility and analytical capabilities.
