Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, 1–3 years of design experience, and a passion for accessible, seamless interfaces. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in design.
• 1–3 years in product/UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Portfolio demonstrates design leadership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand needs and motivations.
• Create personas, journeys, and scenarios for design guidance.
• Design wireframes, flows, and prototypes for web and mobile.
• Develop intuitive navigation and information architecture.
• Produce high‑fidelity designs and maintain visual language.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Present findings to stakeholders and advocate accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers; document decisions.
