In this role, you will work with a lead designer to execute User Interface Design activities for mobile and web applications. Must be familiar with utilizing design systems. Must have experience working in cross-functional teams including portfolio marketing and software developers.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills Required

• Fundamental knowledge and understanding of UX/UI design practices, tools, and principles.
• Basic knowledge of design and concept generation.
• Basic knowledge of Figma prototyping.
• Basic understanding of the software development process and tools.
• Master's or bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience in UX/Industrial Design, Design Research, Design Strategy, or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience within a product development setting as a UX/Industrial Designer, UX Researcher, Design Researcher, Design Strategist, or Service Designer.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating technical and design ability as part of end-to-end product development.

Design tools:

• Understanding of design thinking frameworks and methods.
• Strong competence with design and prototyping using Figma.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
• Experience in design research and user testing.
• Experience in the medical field is a plus but not required.
