Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking an experienced UX/UI Engineer in Charlotte to design, develop, and deploy intuitive, accessible interfaces for enterprise apps and AI-driven solutions within the AWS ecosystem.

You will collaborate with product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend teams to deliver scalable, user-centric experiences across web platforms, ensuring WCAG-aligned and responsive designs for complex workloads.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with responsive web design and accessible UI (WCAG).
• Experience with UX research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Experience creating reusable design systems, component libraries and style guides.
• Exposure to AWS ecosystem is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Engineer with 8–11 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend development teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• 8–11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.
