Qualifications

• Минимум 2 года опыта в UX/UI-дизайне.
• Сильное портфолио веб и мобильных приложений.
• Глубокое понимание пользовательцентрированного дизайна и принципов взаимодействия.
• Умение работать с Figma, дизайн-системами и компонентными библиотеками.
• Опыт проведения исследования пользователей и перевода результатов в решения дизайна.
• Умение работать с адаптивным дизайном и доступностью WCAG.
• Свободное владение английским языком (C1) для взаимодействий с клиентами.

Responsibilities

• Вести полный цикл дизайна на нескольких проектах: discovery → прототипы → финальные макеты в Figma.
• Проводить пользовательские исследования: usability-тесты, интервью и анализ данных.
• Преобразовывать бизнес-требования в интуитивные решения дизайна; создавать wireframes, прототипы и high-fidelity дизайны.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать дизайн-системы и библиотеки компонентов.
• Тесно сотрудничать с PM, разработчиками и QA на протяжении всего процесса.
• Использовать AI-инструменты для повышения эффективности дизайна и прототипирования.
• Защищать дизайн-решения перед клиентами и стейкхолдерами.
• Постоянно тестировать и улучшать дизайн по данным отзывов и аналитики.

pubGENIUS is a cutting-edge React.js + Next.js agency and Ad Tech startup that develops innovative digital products for clients across the US and Europe. We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences that solve real-world problems.

Задачи:

Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects, from initial discovery and wireframing through to final high-fidelity interfaces Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, interviews and data analysis, to understand user requirements and validate design decisions Translate complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma Design responsive, accessible and technically feasible interfaces that adhere to best practices, design principles and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects Collaborate closely with project managers, developers and QA teams throughout the design and development process Leverage AI tools to enhance your workflow, explore design alternatives, prototype concepts and improve overall output quality Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders, advocating for user-centric solutions Continuously test, learn and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights

Требования:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web and mobile applications Deep understanding of user-centred design methodologies, interaction design principles and visual design fundamentals Proficiency in Figma, including experience with design systems and component libraries Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements Solid grasp of responsive design principles and best practices Confidence in challenging assumptions and advocating for user-focused design solutions Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the design process Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate asynchronously Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions Experience collaborating with geographically distributed, multicultural teams Будет плюсом: Experience working in a digital software agency or software development company; Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to effectively collaborate with developers; Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools; Domain expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare or e-commerce; Experience using AI-assisted design tools like Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and building interactive concepts
