Job summary

Aristek Systems ищет старшего/ведущего UX/UI дизайнера для удалённой работы над B2B SaaS продуктами. Вы будете проектировать удобные интерфейсы, проводить исследования пользователей, создавать прототипы и внедрять дизайн‑системы, сотрудничать с менеджерами продуктов, разработчиками и аналитиками.

Требуется не менее 4 лет опыта, портфолио в области B2B SaaS, владение Figma, умение строить сложные визуализации данных и работать в скрам‑командах.

Qualifications

• Опыт 4+ лет в роли Product Designer (UX/UI) в B2B SaaS
• Глубокие знания UX/UI, прототипирования и работы с Figma
• Знание и применение систем дизайна на практике
• Умение эффективно взаимодействовать со scrum-командами, PM и инженерами
• Опыт проектирования дата‑продуктов (аналитика, дашборды) приветствуется
• Портфолио с примерами B2B SaaS‑дизайна, включая процессы и deliverables
• Внимание к деталям и ориентация на пользователя
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и умение налаживать доверительные отношения с клиентами

Responsibilities

• Designing user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces
• Conducting user research and usability testing
• Creating user scenarios, CJMs, wireframes, prototypes, and UI kits
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and analysts
• Leading a team of UX/UI designers, participating in hiring and mentoring
• Evaluating team members’ strengths and allocating tasks based on skills and experience
• Establishing and optimizing design team workflows and processes
• Providing feedback, mentorship, and fostering the growth of design competencies within the team
• Estimating design efforts and planning resource allocation across projects
• Contributing to the development of product and design strategies
• Overseeing project execution: setting goals, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency

Требования

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) working on B2B SaaS products.
• Deep expertise in UX design, UI design, prototyping, and designing in Figma.
• Strong experience with design systems and their practical application in product design.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with scrum teams, product managers, and engineers.
• Ideally, experience designing data products (e.g., analytics tools, dashboards, or similar).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of B2B SaaS design work, including process and final deliverables.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for crafting user-centered designs.
• good communication skills and ability to build outstanding relationships with customers, fostering trust and open communication to gather insightful feedback.
