Job summary

Brightspeed seeks a versatile UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered digital experiences across our public site, eCommerce, and customer account management platform. You’ll switch between discovery, wireframes, and high-fidelity production work using Figma-based systems and AI-assisted tools, applying strong design judgement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in web design, strong UX thinking, UI craft, and the ability to make data-backed design decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, eCommerce, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a web design role with a portfolio.
Proficiency with Figma and established component libraries/design systems.
Experience using AI within a product-design workflow.
Ability to make data-backed design decisions and communicate rationale.

Responsibilities

Translate brand direction and campaign goals into visually engaging, conversion-optimized web experiences.
Collaborate with analysts to run tests, interpret results, and iterate designs.
Create AI-assisted prototypes and contribute to AI-enabled customer experiences.
Produce production-ready UI within the design system and maintain file hygiene.
Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to monitor UX health and prioritize improvements.
Participate in weekly design rituals and proactively contribute ideas.
