Имеется запрос на трёхлетний опыт дизайна B2B/SaaS, портфолио UX‑потоков, умение работать с Claude Design/Figma, знание дизайн-системы и микро‑анимаций. Удаленная работа приветствуется, пакет условий конкурентен.

Qualifications

• Три года опыта дизайна B2B/ SaaS с реальным выпуском продуктов
• Портфолио пользовательских потоков, обоснований дизайна и edge-cases
• Умение объяснять решения на основе целей пользователя и болей
• Опыт прототипирования с инструментами ИИ (Claude Design, Figma, Make) в рамках существующей дизайн-системы

Responsibilities

• Понимать цели, workflows и боли пользователей, формулировать задачи дизайна
• Разрабатывать end‑to‑end flows и кликабельные прототипы, учитывать пустые состояния и ошибки
• Работать в существующей дизайн‑системе и добавлять новые компоненты при необходимости
• Обоснованно оценивать решения и доводить дизайн до релиза
• Создавать точные, лаконичные экраны и микро‑анимации по мере необходимости

C Teleport is an automated B2B travel agency for enterprise clients, mostly in the maritime, aviation, and oil and gas sectors. Its booking platform is used by clients every day.

Задачи:

Understand travel coordinators’ goals, workflows, and pain points, and challenge problem definitions before designing Design end-to-end flows, including empty states, errors, and failure scenarios, minimizing clicks, keystrokes, and decisions Build clickable prototypes in Claude Design or a similar tool, presenting two or three alternatives and their trade-offs Prototype with existing design-system components and add new components only when needed Review implementation, explain design reasoning, and polish details before release Design precise, uncluttered screens with micro-animations and transitions where helpful Own UX quality for a product area and set patterns for prototyping with AI tools

Требования:

At least three years of experience designing B2B or SaaS product experiences shipped to real users A portfolio showing user flows, design reasoning, and edge cases, not only finished screens Ability to explain design decisions based on user goals and pain points, and adapt decisions when evidence changes Experience prototyping with AI design tools such as Claude Design, Figma Make, or similar, and assessing and fixing their output Experience working within an existing design system and knowing when a new component is needed Будет плюсом: micro-animation or illustration skills
