• Attend agile ceremonies such as grooming, planning, and refinement.
• Hands-on design work using Figma (50% of the time).
• Present and advocate for design proposals (50% of the time).

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in design, with expertise in design principles, problem-solving, and project outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma and Jira.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to handle feedback and work as part of a team.
