This role requires bridging product design, technical implementation, and operator-centered research to create interfaces operators rely on in tactical environments.

You’ll support the men and women charged with safeguarding national security, working directly with operators to understand their mission needs and designing tools they trust in high-pressure situations. Innovation is critical, and this role requires adaptability and collaboration with technically diverse, geographically dispersed teams. Experience or strong interest in agile development and delivering software in short sprints is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Run rapid iteration cycles with operator feedback and conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with developers to implement UI components and ensure design system integrity
  • Work with data scientists to translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations
