Job summary

Bosch in Warsaw invites an enthusiastic UX Design student to join our team and gain hands-on experience under senior mentorship. You will assist in creating wireframes, high‑fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes for enterprise environments.

You will translate user needs into clear interfaces, support the Double Diamond design process, assist with usability testing, and collaborate with development squads across disciplines.

Qualifications

Student enrolled in UX Design, HCI, Digital Media / Graphic Design, Cognitive Science or related field.
UI/UX design skills to translate user needs into wireframes and prototypes.
Solid command of Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, responsive layouts, prototyping).
Understanding of Double Diamond framework and UCD principles.
Foundational UX research methodologies and data synthesis.
Strong user-centered empathy and eagerness to learn from mentors.

Responsibilities

Support UI/UX Design Execution and wireframe creation.
Translate needs into interfaces and user flows.
Assist across design stages from discovery to asset delivery.
Support usability testing and synthesize feedback into iterations.
Collaborate in cross-functional design workshops and critiques.
