A financial consulting firm is seeking a contractor for a 6-week project focused on improving an existing platform for a major global bank. The role involves remote work with some in-person requirements in NYC, emphasizing collaboration and design expertise.

Our designers work closely with clients to solve complex product design challenges. Our UX Design Practice focuses on understanding and optimizing traders' workflows to deliver beautifully crafted, transformative desktop experiences. We are seeing a contractor to join a project with our New York team. This position is flexible to be remote as well.

THE PROCESS
Long interview processes are stressful and boring and that is not us
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here you will have 3 stage interviews.
1. Interview with one of our great recruiter
2. A technical video chat with one or two of our UX developer
3. An informal chat with our local Director
But don't worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
A little tip for you during those stages : Collaboration is massively important to us, so don't hesitate to share your thoughts, ask questions, ask for help if needed, etc

Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package. Pay is based on candidate skills and experience.
