Job summary

SOMERSET STAFFING in Cleveland, OH seeks a UX Strategy Lead to guide design thinking workshops and create intuitive Power BI dashboard experiences. You will manage project scope, schedule, and benefits while aligning user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, data teams, and Power BI developers, you will define personas, journeys, KPIs, and reporting requirements, and drive information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and dashboard

Qualifications

• Lead UX strategy and design thinking workshops to create intuitive actionable Power BI dashboard experiences while managing project scope schedule and benefits

• Lead Design Thinking workshops to understand business goals user needs and decision-making processes
• Translate insights into intuitive actionable and technically feasible Power BI dashboard experiences using Figma
• Facilitate discovery and stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align objectives
• Define personas user journeys KPIs and reporting requirements to guide design
• Create information architecture wireframes prototypes and dashboard concepts
• Ensure designs align with Power BI capabilities data availability and technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders' data teams and Power BI developers
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate solutions based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Manage project planning scheduling scope and change management to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee benefits management to maximize business value from UX initiatives
