Responsibilities

• Facilitate Design Thinking discovery and stakeholder workshops to drive alignment and innovation.
• Define and document user personas, journeys, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and dashboard designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business data and development to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Manage project scope, schedule and changes to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Lead benefits management activities to track and realize project value.
