Oxford Solutions is working with one of our clients looking for a UX Retail Product Designer to help craft user-centered, seamless experiences across digital retail platforms. This fully remote role supports one or more product teams and collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance the customer journey in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for mid-to-high complexity digital retail products
• Conduct discovery research and identify key pain points in the retail user journey
• Translate research and business goals into thoughtful design solutions
• Support experimentation through prototyping, A/B testing, and usability testing
• Create clean, intuitive UI designs using an in-house design system
• Partner with analytics teams to gather data insights and inform design decisions
• Mentor junior designers and help promote UX best practices across teams
• Actively engage stakeholders to advocate for human-centered retail design

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/product design, with a focus on retail or eCommerce
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and design through the full product lifecycle
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, point-of-sale systems, or digital in-store experiences a plus
• Skilled in visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience applying user research methods to inform product strategy
• Understanding of agile software development and lean product approaches
• Portfolio showcasing human-centered design and retail-focused UX solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
