What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver meaningful products
- Develop and execute research roadmaps independently and collaboratively

- Manage research vendors to augment the work of the research team
- Deliver research insights in a timely manner and document findings in an accessible format

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in running behavioral research
- BA/BS in a human behavior-related field (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, etc.)
- Relevant experience within user experience, applied research, or product research and development
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Hands-on experience executing primary research methods (e.g., In-Depth Interviews, Focus Groups)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in a human behavior-related field
- Experience with enterprise products or business insights
- Familiarity with advertisement domains
