Job Title: UX Researcher
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified UX Researcher to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. Responsibilities:
- Drive, conduct, and collaborate on user research to understand user needs, map user flows/journeys, validate concepts and designs, and synthesize insights for feature development.
- Document and present insights and recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Work closely with Design, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams to design and ship user-centric product experiences aligned with Responsible AI principles.
- Conduct innovative generative and evaluative research to inform product design and improve user experiences.

Ideal Candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in product design research using methodologies such as usability studies, synthesis, field studies, interviews, heuristic evaluations, concept validation, user journey mapping, competitive reviews, and surveys.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively share insights with cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Experience conducting UX research related to generative AI and product design.
- Proven ability to analyze research data quickly and present clear, actionable insights to influence product decisions.
