Job summary

SRS Acquiom is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows, turning findings into actionable insights that improve our digital experiences. You will help establish repeatable practices, templates, and repositories that make research easier to run, more consistent, and scalable.

This role can be located in Denver or be fully remote, though occasional travel to our Denver headquarters may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/product/design research experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities.
• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other methods.
• Define goals, criteria, and study plans; write screeners and discussion guides.
• Collaborate with designers to develop concepts, prototypes, and materials for research.
• Coordinate recruitment and scheduling with teams and vendors.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate findings through readouts, reports, journey_maps, and artifacts.
• Help establish repeatable research practices, templates, and standards.
• Maintain a reusable research repository for cross-team sharing.

Position Summary

SRS Acquiom is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows, turning findings into actionable insights that improve our digital experiences. You'll also help establish repeatable practices, tools, and repositories that make research easier to run, more consistent, and scalable.

This position canbe located inDenver or can be fully remote though you may be expected to travel occasionally to our Denver headquarters.

Location: Denver Hybrid orRemote

Compensation: Thehiringsalary range for this position is between $120k - $135k, depending on level of experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities
• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other research methods
• Define research goals, participant criteria, and study plans; write screeners and discussion guides
• Work with designers to develop concepts, prototypes, and other materials needed for research
• Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling with internal teams and external research vendors
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Communicate research findings clearly through readouts, reports, journey maps, workflow maps, and other artifacts
• Help establish repeatable research practices, templates, and standards that improve research quality and consistency
• Maintain a reusable research repository so insights can be shared and applied across teams

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience conducting UX research, product research, design research, or a closely related discipline
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences
• Comfort working with ambiguity, complex workflows, and evolving business or product priorities
