Experian is seeking a UX Research, Design & Engineering Lead (Remote) to shape user experiences for the Agentic Service Catalog. You will blend user research, product design, and front-end engineering to transform complex processes into intuitive, AI-powered experiences.
You'll collaborate with users, product leaders, architects, and engineers to study current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver user-centered solutions across web technologies.

We're looking for someone to shape the user experience for our Agentic Service Catalog. You will combine user research, product design, and front-end engineering to help transform complex technology processes into intuitive, AI-powered experiences.
You’ll work closely with users, product leaders, architects, and engineers to understand how work gets done today, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and build solutions that make technology easier to navigate and use.
You will report to the VP, Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
