What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize, coordinate, and manage Customer Advisory Boards to ensure effective communication and engagement
- Drive the growth of CABs, maintaining internal communication with stakeholders such as Product Managers, UX, and Customer Support
- Collect, analyze, and present insights from CABs to inform product and UX strategies
- Conduct qualitative research to gather user needs and behaviors through various methods
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to prioritize research findings in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Anthropology, HCI, Sociology, Psychology, or Industrial Design
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in user experience, research operations, or related fields
- Experience with research design and various methods such as usability studies and contextual inquiries
- Excellent time management and project management skills to handle multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree (BA/MS) in a related field
- Experience in Research Operations and managing customer panels or user groups
- Familiarity with UX Research tools like UserTesting and Figjam
- Experience in the payments or technology industry
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year, if necessary
