Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Junior UX Prototype Specialist to transform our digital platforms into intuitive, clickthrough experiences that support sales and training opportunities.

You will build high‑fidelity prototypes using Axure RP, Supademo, and Ceros to demonstrate product capabilities, guide conversations, and help the sales team deliver compelling demonstrations to prospects. Collaboration with product, presales, and creative teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Four (4) years of relevant industry experience to include at least one (1) year of Axure RP (dynamic panels, conditional logic, variables, repeaters, data driven widgets, and adaptive/responsive views) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience simulating complex, data driven scenarios (e.g., forms, states, error handling, role-based views) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds high‑fidelity Axure RP prototypes that simulate real product interactions, including dynamic panels, variables, and conditional logic.
• Creates user‑guided software tours using Supademo to provide interactive demos of product capabilities.
• Designs and builds interactive websites or presentations using no‑code applications such as Ceros to support demo and storytelling needs.
• Creates reusable widgets, components, templates, and patterns to maintain consistency across all demo assets.
• Edits and prepares video content to enhance software demonstrations and presentations.
