The Junior UX Prototype Specialist transforms Sedgwick’s existing digital platforms into intuitive, clickthrough experiences that support sales and training opportunities. Using tools which include Axure RP, Supademo and Ceros, this role builds functional, code free prototypes that demonstrate product capabilities, guide conversations, and help the sales team deliver compelling, realistic demonstrations to prospects. The UX Prototype Specialist ensures demos look, feel, and behave like the real application—enabling seamless walkthroughs and user‑centric storytelling.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Four (4) years of relevant industry experience to include at least one (1) year of Axure RP (dynamic panels, conditional logic, variables, repeaters, data driven widgets, and adaptive/responsive views) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience simulating complex, data driven scenarios (e.g., forms, states, error handling, role‑based views) preferred.
