Artifintech is seeking a Senior/Lead UX Product Designer in the United States (West Virginia) to drive user-centered digital experiences. You will lead UX initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape product strategy and design systems.

You bring 10+ years of digital design or a relevant Bachelor's pathway, strong UX/UI and product design expertise, and proven ability to lead teams and communicate with stakeholders across functions.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of digital/software design experience or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Strong UX/UI and Product Design experience.
• Human-centered design and usability principles.
• Experience leading or mentoring UX designers for at least 1 year.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description :

Client looking for a Senior/Lead UX Product Designer with strong hands-on UX design experience, research, journey mapping, information architecture, and Figma skills.

The candidate should be able to lead UX initiatives, mentor designers, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and deliver user-centered digital experiences.

Must-Have Skills :

• 10+ years of digital / software design experience OR Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Strong UX/UI and Product Design experience.
• Human-Centered Design and usability principles.
• Experience leading or mentoring UX designers for at least 1 year.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills :

• UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related degree.
• Accessibility and usability standards.
• Product strategy and design systems.
• Experience working with product managers and engineering teams.
