Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field completed before start.
• Three years of usability/UX research experience in applicable environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative human factors research for PPE and related digital experiences.
• Plan and conduct expert reviews, interviews, surveys, observational studies, and usability studies.
• Translate findings into personas, use cases, workflows, and design requirements.
• Evaluate interfaces for comprehension, efficiency, accuracy, learnability, and safe use.
• Apply knowledge of perception, cognition, and decision making to design.
• Use experimental design and statistics to generate reliable evidence for decisions.
