Job summary

SpaceMade LLC is seeking a talented UX Artist to join our team in Petersburg, VA. You will own the visual direction and create user-centered digital experiences in collaboration with product and creative teams.

You will design wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces for websites and apps, applying branding, typography, and accessibility principles across projects. A strong portfolio and 2+ years of UX/UI design are required.

Qualifications

2+ years of UX/UI or digital design experience.
Experience with Figma, XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Understanding of HTML/CSS (not required to code but helpful).
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design modern, responsive interfaces for websites and digital products.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Apply strong branding, layout, and visual design skills across all projects.
Conduct basic user research and analyze user behavior to guide design decisions.
Produce icons, visuals, typography systems, and graphic assets.
Optimize designs for accessibility and usability.
Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
