Summary

We are looking for a versatile Hybrid UX Designer / UX Writer who can craft intuitive user interfaces while delivering clear, engaging, and purposeful UX copy. This role balances interface design, systems thinking, and content strategy to shape seamless, user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Develop UX copy and microcopy that align with product voice and tone
• Work across UX, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive design and content integration
• Conduct research and usability testing to guide design and content improvements
• Advocate for content design principles and accessibility in all projects
• Collaborate on design systems, ensuring consistency in both UI elements and UX language
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in UX design and/or UX writing roles
• Strong Figma skills and familiarity with design systems
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, user-focused copy for web and mobile experiences
• Solid understanding of UX research methods and best practices
• Ability to flex between design and writing without compromising quality on either side
• Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, English, Communications, or related field
• NNG Certification or equivalent UX credential preferred
