Job summary

Nymbl Systems is seeking a UX Designer to shape the user experience across our platform. You will own end-to-end UX strategy for one or more product areas and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Marketing to align on roadmaps.

Your work includes developing personas, journey maps, wireframes, and usability guides; evolving the design system and leading workshops to promote user-centered design throughout the organization, with flexible PTO and remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience.
• Proven track record shipping consumer or enterprise products at scale (portfolio required).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end iterative product design including personas, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Strong experience with modern design tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, etc.).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Experience collaborating with product managers using modern product discovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX strategy for one or more product areas or an entire product line.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Marketing to align on roadmap and priorities.
• Define and evolve design systems, processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design sprints, and critique sessions.
• Champion user-centered design culture across the organization.
• Oversee user research planning and synthesis; translate insights into actionable designs.
• Measure and report on UX KPIs (NPS, task success rate, usability metrics, adoption, etc.).
• Stay ahead of industry trends (AI-driven design, accessibility, inclusive design, AR/VR if relevant).
